How to Trade Pre-IPO Tokens on OpenStocks

This guide covers how to trade pre-IPO tokens on OpenStocks using only what the live app shows today. OpenStocks lists BEP-20 tokens that track economic price exposure to selected private companies on BNB Chain. You do not receive equity, voting rights, or dividends. The desk is at app.openstocks.xyz/trade, the default route when you open the app.

Before you start: OpenStocks is not available to US persons, is not a broker-dealer, and is not affiliated with Anthropic, Figure AI, Anduril, or Neuralink. Nothing in this walkthrough is investment advice.

What you can trade today

Per the live FAQ on How it Works: OpenStocks provides tokenized price exposure to selected private-market companies; available assets are listed in the Trade module. As of 31 August 2026 that module shows four rows:

1. Anthropic (oANTHROPIC) — token $1,050.20 (+23.5% 30D), mark $1,056.00 (−0.5% premium), liq $1.16K

2. Figure AI (oFIGUREAI) — token $157.15 (−10.1% 30D), mark $165.45 (−5.0%), liq $187.28

3. Anduril (oANDURIL) — token $130.74 (+0.0% 30D), mark $138.14 (−5.4%), liq $303.81

4. Neuralink (oNEURALINK) — token $250.19 (+0.0% 30D), mark $305.32 (−18.1%), liq $563.77

Desk-wide stats on the same page: AUM $6,560.84, volume $50.33K, transactions 1,302, holders 23. All-time volume per product sits near $12.2K–$12.6K.

Kalshi and Polymarket may appear in the top ticker (marks $843.74 and $135.66 in the captured state) but are not trade-table products and have no product pages here—do not look for Get buttons for them on this desk.

Step 1: Open the trade desk and set the chain

1. Go to app.openstocks.xyz/trade.

2. Use Add BSC Mainnet if your wallet is not already on BNB Chain / BSC Mainnet.

3. Connect your wallet. OpenStocks is wallet-native; there is no traditional brokerage account creation flow described on the live desk.

Chain context matters because products are BEP-20 tokens. The Audits page lists a deployed Standard Stock Token example—verified, tokenized pre-IPO stock (BEP-20)—at 0x24B518b332543a4E1C3649d063daB199d103760a on BNB Chain Mainnet, with source verification on BscScan.

Step 2: Read the table before you click Trade

Columns on the desk: PRODUCT (company name), TOKEN PRICE ("Live USDT-quoted price from PancakeSwap Infinity."), 30D % ("Change over the last 30 days."), IMPLIED VAL (valuation implied by token price), MARK PRICE / Premium (reference mark and premium/discount vs token), MARK VAL (valuation implied by mark), ALL TIME VOL (cumulative volume for that product), ADDRESS (contract address), ACTIONS (BscScan, Copy address, View → /products/, Trade →).

Premium tooltip (verbatim from the UI): "How much higher Token Price is versus Mark Price. +% = premium, −% = discount." Use that to understand whether the token sits above or below mark—without assuming either side is a "true" company valuation. Product-page funding marks (for example Anthropic Series H listed 2026-05-28) can differ from live mark vals; that difference is expected and should be read as token vs mark, not as an error to "correct."

Step 3: Open the product page for context and disclaimers

Click View (or navigate directly): Anthropic (SF, CA; founded 2021; AI; oANTHROPIC), Figure AI (San Jose; founded 2022; Robotics; oFIGUREAI), Anduril (Costa Mesa; founded 2017; Defense; oANDURIL), Neuralink (Fremont; founded 2016; Neurotech; oNEURALINK).

Each page shows token price, implied val, premium, mark, mark val, 30D change, liquidity, and a short company description. Each also states that the token provides economic price exposure only, that holding it does not confer equity ownership, voting rights, dividends, or any claim on the company, and that OpenStocks is not affiliated with or endorsed by that company. CTAs read Get [Company] ↗—the arrow indicates an off-site destination.

24H volume and 24H trades on these product pages were $0.00 and 0 in the captured state; all-time volume lives on the trade table.

Step 4: Use Trade or Get (off-site BNB Chain flow)

From the table Trade action or the product Get button, you enter an off-site BNB Chain trade flow. OpenStocks does not present that flow as an in-app order book UI in the captured walk—treat Trade/Get as the bridge from the desk to external BSC trading of the listed BEP-20.

Practical checks before confirming any transaction on-chain: confirm you are on BSC Mainnet; confirm the token address matches the desk (copy address / BscScan action); understand liquidity shown on the row (Anthropic liq is much thinner than Neuralink in the snapshot); remember exposure ≠ ownership.

Step 5: See balances in Portfolio

Second live FAQ only: connect your wallet and open Portfolio to see the Trade module tokens you hold, their balances, and their current values. That is the supported inventory view—do not expect broker-style statements or equity certificates.

Common mistakes to avoid

Treating token price as equity purchase of Anthropic, Figure AI, Anduril, or Neuralink. Ignoring premium/discount vs mark. Confusing ticker-only names (Kalshi, Polymarket) with tradeable desk products. Assuming Coming soon ecosystem cards are already live rails for this desk. Skipping address verification on BscScan before interacting with a token.
