Neuralink Share Price in India: Can You Buy Neuralink Stock?

Neuralink has no share price: it is private. What the valuations online mean, how people in India get exposure, and how oNEURALINK on OpenStocks works.

Neuralink Share Price in India: Can You Buy Neuralink Stock?

OpenStocks (openstocks.xyz) is a BNB Chain platform that offers tokenized pre-IPO economic exposure to private companies such as Neuralink, Anthropic, Figure AI and Anduril. Many people in India search for the "Neuralink share price" expecting a ticker and a live quote. There isn't one. Neuralink is a private company, so it has no share price on NSE, BSE, Nasdaq or any other exchange. This guide explains what the numbers you see online actually mean, how people outside the US get exposure today, and what to watch out for.

As of 9 October 2026. Eligibility wording is based on the OpenStocks Terms of Service, last updated 24 September 2026.

Does Neuralink have a share price?

No public one. As of 9 October 2026, Neuralink has not filed a public registration statement with the US SEC, has not named underwriters and has no ticker symbol. Any app or website showing a "Neuralink share price" as if it were a listed stock is showing something else: a private-market estimate, a derivative, or a made-up number.

Can you buy Neuralink stock from India?

Not on an exchange, because it is not listed. The routes that exist today all come with limits:

Route

How it works

Main limits

Private secondary marketplaces

Buy shares from employees or early investors through a platform

Usually limited to accredited or qualified investors, high minimums, company transfer restrictions

Pre-IPO funds and SPVs

Pool money into a vehicle that holds private shares

Layered fees, limited transparency, often unavailable to Indian retail investors

Wait for an IPO

Buy listed shares through an overseas brokerage if Neuralink ever lists

No IPO date exists; remittance and tax rules apply

Tokenized economic exposure

Hold a token that tracks Neuralink's share price

Not equity, high risk, eligibility depends on where you are

How oNEURALINK works

OpenStocks lists oNEURALINK, a BEP-20 token on BNB Chain that tracks Neuralink's share price. You trade it with USDT from your own self-custodial wallet, around the clock, with no minimum. The desk shows the live token price, a reference mark price, the valuation that price implies and the token's contract address. The full product walkthrough is in oNEURALINK explained and What is OpenStocks?

Anthropic

Figure AI

Neuralink

oNEURALINK

The key point: oNEURALINK is not Neuralink stock. It gives economic exposure to the share price only, with no ownership, voting, dividend or information rights, and no right to shares if Neuralink holds an IPO. OpenStocks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or issued by Neuralink. The token price can also trade above or below the mark price; token price vs mark price explains why.

Is OpenStocks available in India?

India is not named in the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions in the OpenStocks Terms of Service. The list does name the United States, Singapore and China (Mainland), among others. The same section also excludes any jurisdiction where using the Services would be unlawful or would require a licence, registration or authorisation OpenStocks does not hold, and the Terms say OpenStocks is not a regulated financial entity anywhere. Rules for crypto-assets, tax and cross-border payments can change, so check the rules that apply to you and get independent advice if you are unsure.

An Indian citizen who is a US person, or who lives in or is physically in the United States, Singapore or another Prohibited Jurisdiction, cannot use OpenStocks. Using a VPN or proxy to get around restrictions is prohibited. The step-by-step setup is in How to access pre-IPO tokens from India.

Risks to understand first

  • Total loss is possible. Private valuations can fall sharply.

  • Liquidity is not guaranteed. Spreads can be wide and large orders move the price.

  • Price can differ from the mark. The token can trade at a premium or discount.

  • No shareholder rights. An IPO or funding round gives token holders no shares.

  • Smart-contract and wallet risk. A lost seed phrase cannot be recovered.

  • Tax and rules. How gains on crypto-assets are treated in India depends on your circumstances; check with a tax adviser.

A longer list is in risks of tokenized pre-IPO exposure.
